XXX七大消防程序

 

1.        Fire Protection Inspections 消防检查

1.1    Inspect all sprinkler system control valves and water tanks, inspect and run the fire pumps, on a weekly basis.  Maintain a log of these activities on file for review.

每周检查一次所有的自动洒水系统控制阀门及水箱，检查运行消防泵。保留这些行为的记录以便审查。

1.2    Conduct the following on a monthly basis.  Maintain a log of these activities on file for review.

每月引导下面的行为。保留这些行为的记录文件以便审查。

1.2.1        Fully close, fully reopen and lock open all sprinkler control valves.

所有自动洒水系统控制阀全关、全重新打开并锁定打开状态。

1.2.2        Inspect the portable extinguishers.

检查手提式灭火器。

1.3    Test the sprinkler water flow alarms on a quarterly basis.

每季检查一次自动洒水系统水流量报警器。

1.4    Conduct the following on an annual basis. Maintain a log of these activities on file for review.

每年引导一次下面的行为，保存这些行为的记录文件以便审查。

1.4.1        Sprinkler system main drain test.

自动洒水系统的总排水管的测试。

1.4.2        Sprinkler line ice plug inspection for freezer dry systems.

 

1.4.3        Test smoke and heat detectors. 

测试烟感及热检测器。

1.4.4        Fire pump, performance test.

消防泵性能测试。

1.4.5        Fire door, shutter and damper performance testing.

防火门、百叶窗和风门性能测试。

1.4.6        Flush fire hydrants.

1.5    Ensure duplicate keys for valve locks are in their designated place.

确保阀门锁复制键在指定的位置。

1.6    Maintain diesel fuel tanks for engine-driven pumps at least 75% full.

保持柴油机驱动泵的油位至少为满刻度的75%。

1.7    Provide a lock on the valve that is located on the feed line from the diesel tank to the engine of the fire pump(s). 

为安装在柴油贮罐和发消防泵发动机这间的阀门上加锁。

 

2.        Smoking Control 吸烟控制

2.1    Prohibit smoking throughout the entire complex except for designated locations.

除了指定的场所外全部禁止吸烟。

2.2    Ensure that the smoking station is equipped with suitable appliances such as fire proof, industrial ashtrays.

确保吸烟室配备了适合的用具，如防火的工业烟灰缸。

2.3    Post “No Smoking” signs and enforce this policy vigorously.  Ensure that contractors do not smoke on site by checking their work area for cigarette butts.

张贴“禁止吸烟”标志，并且有力执行这一方针。通过检查工作区域的烟头，确保承包商没有在工作点吸烟。

 

3.        Management of Change 变更管理

3.1    Ensure that all new projects follow the XXX Management of Change procedure.  Plans for new construction and other significant projects should be sent to Paragon Risk Engineering for review and comment as soon as they are available. 

确保新的项目遵从XXX的变更管理程序。工厂有新的项目或其它重要的项目时，应发送到Paragon Risk Engineering去审查，如可行就进行说明；

 

4.        Impaired Fire Protection Equipment Procedure  被损毁的消防设备程序

4.1    Incorporate the XXX Impairment Program that includes notifying Paragon Risk Engineering of impairments to the sprinkler, fire water supply and fire alarm systems.  Alternative fire fighting means should be established during impairments and precautions followed as needed.  Impairment “Kits” are available that include tags, stickers, and notification forms.  These items are available through your EHS representative or through Paragon Risk Engineering.

5.        Housekeeping 保洁

Incorporate the XXX Housekeeping Program that includes the following:

5.1    No storage in aisles between racks in warehouse.

5.2    Access to fire fighting equipment and exits free and available at all times.

5.3    Forklifts and battery chargers kept away from racks or non combustible barriers provided.

5.4    Flammable liquids at work stations limited to one shift quantities.

5.5    Flammable liquids in approved containers or safety cabinets.

5.6    Gas cylinders appropriately handled and chained.

6.        Hot Work 动火作业

Incorporate the XXX Hot Work Program that includes the following.

6.1    Hot work should be avoided or conducted outside or in designated area, if possible.

6.2    Maintain a 6-m (20-ft) clear space around the work area.

6.3    Use approved permits hot work is necessary.
