Reversing lorry kills unsighted crouching worker

A 48-year old female worker of Mack's S & S was killed when she was struck by a reversing construction vehicle in a work site on Interstate 44 near Catoosa, Oklahoma, she was working in a crouching position with her back to the vehicle unsighted when the accident occurred. 24th March 2014
