• Purpose 目的
  The purpose of this guideline is to provide fundamental direction on how we must safely manage our business and ourselves so that as a team we can insure that there is no adverse effect resulting from our operation.
  该指导的目的是提供了基本的原则和方向，即我们必须如何更好的管理我们的业务和我们自身，这样作为一个团队，我们可以确保没有操作上的负面影响。

• DSPC is committed to manage our manufacturing processes and product in a manner that protects the safety and health of our employees, the users of our product and the community in which we operate. We will not make, handle, use, sell, transport or dispose of a product unless we can do so safely and in an environmentally sound manner. 苏州杜邦承诺其生产工艺的运作和产品的管理，符合对员工、客户和社区的安全、健康和环境的保护。我们不制造、处理、使用、销售、运输或弃置任何产品，除非我们可以在安全及无害于环境的情况下完成以上工作。
  
• SAFETY in DuPont has always been the primary concern in everything we do. In our plant, let there be no misunderstanding: THIS WILL NOT CHANGE. 在杜邦，当我们做任何事情时，首先考虑的永远是安全。在我们厂，这一点也毋庸置疑，并且不会改变。

• All injuries and occupational illnesses can be prevented. 所有伤害和职业疾病皆可避免。
  
• Management through first line is directly responsible for preventing injuries and illnesses. 对于防止伤害和疾病，一线的管理负有直接的责任。
  
• People are our most important element of our safety, health and environmental programs. 人员是安全、健康和环保计划最重要的因素。
  
• Working Safely is a condition of employment for all employees. We will not accept unsafe acts, conditions and practices. 对全体员工来说，安全的工作是雇佣的条件。我们不接受任何不安全行为、不安全条件和其操作。
  
• All operating exposures can be controlled. 所有操作上的暴露都是可控制的。
  
• Training employees to work safely is essential. 培训员工安全的工作是基本要素。
  
• It is essential to investigate unsafe practices and incident, not just injuries. 除调查伤害事件，调查不安全的实践和事故也是必要的。
  
• Safety and occupational health audits must be conducted at regular intervals. 安全和职业健康检查必须定期进行。

• We must all become our "Brother�s Keeper" that means we protect our colleagues as our brothers or sisters.

• We must be willing to correct unsafe behavior of colleagues including leadership when needed.

我们必须愿意纠正同事不安全的行为，甚至是每个人，有必要的话包括领导在内。

• We must be willing to accept being corrected by others to improve ourselves and attain safety consciousness.

我们必须愿意接受他人的指正，来提高自身，达到安全意识。

• We must learn to set good examples for the less experienced colleagues.

我们必须学习为经验较少的同事树立好的榜样。

• All employees must be involved and be willing to participate in all aspects of safety management.

所有员工必须涉及， 并愿意参与各类安全管理。

• The key safety beliefs & principles must be processed and discussed with all participants in our organization, which includes contractors working on our site, so that understanding, ownership and commitment develops.

关键的安全信念和原则必须有一个认识的过程，并和我们的组织中所有的成员进行讨论，包括在现场的承包商，以此使我们的理解、业主和承诺得以发展。

The following standards have been established to protect us from the greatest risks of personal injury and to assure continued company acceptance by the community. WILLFUL VIOLATIONS OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE INVOLVING ANY OF THESE STANDARDS IS A TERMINABLE OFFENSE.
以下的标准是为了保护我们免受人身伤害的危胁，并确保公司与周围社区关系和睦而制定的。对 故 意 违 反 或 粗 暴 无 视 以 上 任 何 一 款 标 准 的 行 为都 将 成 为 被 解 职 的 理 由。

• STANDARD VIOLATIONS 违反标准

Supervision shall neither direct nor condone a violation of established standards.
管理监督人员不能指示或宽容员工违反既定的标准。

• VALUING INDIVIDUAL DIVERSITY尊重个人的差别

All persons shall abide by the DSPC standards regarding the proper treatment of
people.
所有员工都应遵守苏州杜邦有关正确待人的标准。

• ETHICAL CONDUCT道德操守行为

All persons shall abide by the DSPC Business Ethics Policy & Procedure.
所有员工都应遵守《苏州杜邦业务操守政策和程序》。

• LOCK, TAG, CLEAR, TRY上锁、挂签、清理，试验

Prior to working on any piece of equipment all persons shall personally assure that it
is de-energized and/or isolated and shall properly place his/her approved locking
device and/or tag according to the standard procedure.
在没有亲自确认某设备已经切断电源和/或被隔离，并且已经将经批准的锁具按标准程序安装好和/或挂上标签之前，员工不得在该设备上进行工作。
　

• CONFINED SPACE ENTRY进入封闭空间

Proper entry procedures shall be met before anyone enters a confined space.
员工在满足有关的所有程序后才能进入封闭空间。

• PIPE OR VESSEL LINE BREAK OR OPENING管道或容器接管的断开或打开

Proper procedures shall be followed and prescribed PPE shall be worn when making
pipe or vessel line breaks or openings.
当要进行断开或打开管道或容器接管的操作时必须遵守适当的操作程序并穿戴好要求的PPE。

• FALL PROTECTION防高空跌落

Proper fall protection shall be in use when working from a position where there is a
potential for falling.
从事的工作有可能从较高位置处跌落时必须穿戴好要求的防跌落用具。

• HIGH ENERGY大电流、高电压场合

Protective equipment and isolation requirements of E1Z shall be met.
必须遵循电气安全标准E1Z有关防护用具和隔离的要求。

• INTERLOCK PROTECTION联锁系统的保护

Proper authorization shall be obtained prior to bypassing or disabling any safety or
environmental interlocks.
未经批准不得对安全或环保上的联锁系统进行加分路或使其不起作用的操
作。

• PROPER MATERIAL DISPOSAL对材料的适当处理

Proper authorization shall be obtained before any chemical or waste is disposed of in
a trench, a sump or to the ground.
未经批准不得在地沟、坑池或地面上处理任何化学品或废弃物。

• RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT因疏忽鲁莽造成危害

The following actions are not permitted: Improper operation of equipment,
insubordination, sleeping, fighting, horseplay, smoking in no-smoking areas, and the
abuse or theft of property.
以下行为是不允许的：对设备进行不当操作、违抗命令、睡觉、打架、嬉戏
、在非吸烟处吸烟和偷窃、滥用公司财产。

• CONTRABAND违禁品

Possession, use or sale of the following items is not permitted on plant property:
firearms, explosives, illicit drugs or narcotics, illegal gambling paraphernalia,
alcoholic beverages or pornographic materials.
在工厂内不允许拥有、使用或买卖以下物品：火器、炸药、违禁药品或麻醉
剂、非法赌具、酒精饮料或色情材料。
