help-----why can't i use my sogou input method here?

usually i use sogou input method to spell chinese. now that i cant use it anymore when i am here. anybody can tell me why and help to solve this problem? A thousand thanks.

P.S. my sogou input method is in use in any other forum but this anquan one.
