杜邦要素审核标准（不敢发上来，只是说一下他的思路）

Sample :
Level zero:
There is no safety policy

Level one:

1、There is a policy written but it is not generally known and/or supported.

2、Policy is posted on notice boards but there is little other communication.

3、Policy is driven by legal requirements.

The first item just want to know if your company have a safety policy.
The second item want to know the policy is communicate to the employee,shouldn't just the file,need be told to the worker by the site director.
其实杜邦的审核标准没有实质性的内容，比如审核要素里面根本没有审核的技巧、审核的方式、审核的内容，他就只是提供一个来评估你公司安全审核的有效性，所有的审核表盒、审核记录、审核方法都需要你自己建立，杜邦也不告诉你怎么弄，还得你花钱从他那里买，买回来一看，其实也就是简单的审核方法，而且他们的审核表每年都在变，提供给你的估计也是他们几年前用的，你买回来的时候市面上到处都是相关的内容了，没必要，关键看你公司对安全到底是怎么一个重视程度。
我们公司一年内推杜邦体系第一次杜邦的评估就达到45分（总分65分），一般公司都是20-25分，呵呵！

去年杜邦對他們亞太地區50家合約供應商進行安全評比，我司排名第二。（第一名是我司總部）。
