其实就是PDCA理论，一点点延伸而已，是挺好的做法。我觉得关键是这个方法是否融入员工的内心，也就是成为文化。成为文化的一个标志是当他在无人监督或非工作岗位时是否也能严格遵守

TAKE 5
“Take 5” outlines five steps for the worker to
follow before and during the work being performed.
Once satisfied that all points have been covered, Step 5 Proceed proceed with care.
Take appropriate precautions before proceeding with the job. Planning including
getting proper tools, equipment, PPE and any assistance required to complete the job
safely.

Identify any significant hazards by physically observing the work area before
proceeding with the job. Ask yourself what the impacts are of the questions under
“think”.

-What can go wrong?
-Can I or others get hurt doing this job?
-Can anyone fall, slip, trip, strain or be hit by falling object?
-Can the tool or equipment I am using hurt anyone?
-Is there a chance we can spill oil or pollute something?
-Is the work area properly secured or locked out? Should barriers and stage be used.

-Have I done this job before?
-Have the conditions or location of the job change
