为充分发挥甲乙双方应急资源的优势，确保甲乙双方生产安全稳定运行。立足预防为主，积极抢救的原则，通过双方友好协商，同意合作开展双方生产事故应急资源共享事项，为了明确双方的责任和义务，特签订以下协议：

For giving fully play to the advantage in emergency resource from both Party a and Party B to ensure the production safety and stable, principle is prevention first and rescuing actively. Through amicable negotiation, both side agreed to launch” Production incident and emergency resource sharing event”. For definitude the responsibilities and obligations of both side, we signed the following agreement:

1. 生产过程中发生生产安全事故，事故方及时告知另一方。

   When incident happened in production, should note to each other on time.

2. 确定生产事故双方联络人及衔接机构或部门负责人联系方式。

1. 双方应急器材、应急救援队伍共享，任何一方发生生产安全事故可调用另一方的应急器材应急，根据应急器材使用情况，给予补偿。

   Both side share the emergency equipment and emergency response team, either party could use the emergency equipment of other party. According to the consumption situation give compensation.

    

2. 发生生产安全事故，另一方不得盲目加入救援中，可在医疗救护等方面给予事故方帮助。

   The other party shall not join the rescue blindly when incident happening, could give some helps in medical-aid.
