本文主旨在于探讨：钢结构制造加工企业中所发生的事故，并按事故类型阐述钢结构制造加工企业在生产过程中的安全管理。研究方法主要有文献研究法、案例总结法、定性分析法和经验分析法等，通过通过经验分析和总结案例进行定性分析得出预防钢结构制造加工企业事故的安全管理方法。
本文第一部分探讨起重事故。从四个方面说明现阶段中国钢结构制造加工企业发生起重事故的因原。
本文第二部分探讨职业伤害事故原因，通过人、物、环境、管理四方面认识钢结构制造加工企业内的职业伤害。
本文第三部分将探讨构件倒坍造成砸压事故发生的特点和危害情况。
本文第四部分探讨机械伤害事故形成的原因，从原因中分析预防措施。
本文第五部分探讨触电伤害事故。
本文第六部分探讨易燃易爆气体和危险化学品的安全管理。
本文第七部分探讨针对钢结构制造加工企业发生的事故类型，应采取什么样的防范措施才能有效的进行预防。

The subject of this article is probed follows, the accident from steel structure manufacturing and describes the safety management in steel structure manufacture process according to accident type. The main method contains document researching, case summary, qualitative analysis , experience analysis etc. To analyze qualitative through experience analysis and summarizing cases, and define the safety management method of how to prevent accident in steel structure manufacture.

The first part of this article is discussing crane accidents. There are four points to describe the main reason of crane accident for steel structure manufactures currently in China.
