以下是我给自己的岗位职责定位:
• To develop and effectively implement the ASC Project Specific HSE Management System and HSE Plan;
• To conduct regular reviews of the Project Specific HSE Plan ensuring the Plan remains effective and relevant to the progress of the Project maintaining a focus on effective risk management strategies and a process of continual improvement;
• To develop the Project specific Induction Program for all levels within the Project team and ensure all personnel are familiar with the HSE Management System, the contents of the HSE Plan, and each person’s obligations and responsibilities both at law and under the Plan;
• To develop and implement appropriate educational programs in workplace health and safety and environmental awareness;
• To develop a Project HSE Audit and Inspection Plan and routinely conduct HSE performance and compliance audits of ASC, Contractors and the Permit to Work System making recommendations for improvement where applicable;
• To relate closely with, and routinely report to, the ASC Project Director on the overall state of HSE on Site and the outcome of all HSE audits and inspections and any continuing non-conformance, hazards or unsafe acts or conditions identified;
• To liaise with, and to provide advice and assistance to ASC and Contractor line Management and employees on any matter of health, safety and environmental legislative compliance, effective risk management, and the implementation and compliance to the Project specific HSE Management System on site;
• To ensure all accident /incident reports, HSE statistical data, HSE records and registers/logs, Toolbox Meeting reports and HSE Meeting minutes are completed as required;
• To investigate, or assist in the investigation, of all work related injuries, work caused illnesses, incidents and dangerous event and to report the injury, illness, event or risk to the employer. |
