Over more 200 years, safety culture is a “taken from granted” fundamental believe of the entire organization. Line management and all employees deemed behaviors that violating critical safety rules and neglecting his/her and other safety and life are intolerable organizational “Taboo”

qThese “Taboos” are known as “Inviolable Safety Rules” or “Life Saving Rules”.
qDisciplinary actions (until dismissal) will be taken to people who violated “Inviolable Safety Rules”
