safety first, but in China it is difficult for both your boss and employee, only if some accident happened, they would pay attention on safety, or safety have to make way for production. we all know this but have no method to change it........

本人在台资企业做安全，感觉台资企业慢慢的开始重视安全了，但是台资企业对外语没要求。
