<DIV><FONT size=2><FONT face=Arial size=3> osition: EHS Manager, Shanghai<BR> Location: Shanghai<BR> <BR> Responsibilities:<BR> 1. Anticipate, identify, and evaluate Environment, Health & Safety and Fire Hazards and Risks Integral to Local Site business operations; manage key projects designed to provide business solutions with regard to those risks.<BR> 2. Design and perform all industrial hygiene surveys, management and control on but not limited to the following: Indoor Air Quality, Personal Exposure to Toxic Air and Noise Level. <BR> 3. Implement to comply with International and Local EHSF Guidelines on Site. To receive guideline and to communicate with Regional Risk Management Manager for any of XXXXX, SECTOR guideline sand instructions whether of International or of Localization problems. <BR> 4. Coordinate with Internal or External EHSF Auditors on auditing of established guidelines, compliance auditing, and/or other EHSF programs.<BR> 5. Work together with the Site Deputy Operation Director/Plant Manager and the Regional Risk Management Manger together with the Site Management support teams to establish yearly EHSF goals and objectives. <BR> 6. Assist the Regional Risk Management Manager to co-ordinate and the application of ISO14001 certification & implementation of ISO14001, as well as the OHSAS 18001, as required<BR> 7. Coordinate with the Regional Risk Management Manager to identify EHSF training needs and manage programs with regard to EHSF training, development, and delivery for the site, in a professional and logical manner.<BR> 8. Perform all possible means of precaution, as far as possible, including but not limited to: Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment (RS) Safety Training, Safety Promotion, to prevent and to reduce Site staff injury, disregard whether it is due to “Unsafe Act” or “Unsafe condition”.<BR> 9. Conduct Site staff injury accident investigation, local root cause, provide workable solution and recommendation and responsible for its implementation and regular review.<BR> 10. Act as Site Liaison EHSF personnel between external regulatory agencies including Ministry of Labor, Industrial Accident Prevention Association etc. as well as insurance companies together with the Site HR & A Department Manager and other groups to further address EHSF issues with regard to compliance and EHSF control activities for the site. <BR> 11. Must maintenance and keep up-to-date technical know-how and hand-on experience on the current leading edge on Environmental, Health Safety and Fire management concepts and methods.<BR> 12. Ensure all EHSF documentation and files related to policies, regulatory compliance records, training and licensing, SOP's, and other miscellaneous records and systems are up-to-day and full secure. <BR> 13. Communicates regularly with Site Production Manager and related Department Managers and employees for purposes of EHSF related awareness, trainings and auditing. <BR> 14. Advises the Site of new and revised governmental regulations related to EHSF. Advises the management team of impact of changes and suggests improvements. <BR> 15. Pro-actively working with the Site related Managers regarding “Three Synchronies” program for safety and health in all new, modified, expand construction facilities and projects.<BR> 16. Pro-actively working with the related managers and provide comments on EHSF aspects on purchase of new machines / equipments as well as on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).<BR> 17. Works with each department, identifies and advises on hazards and risks and their control. and implement proactive plans for emergency preparedness. <BR> 18. Working on a XXXXX Matrix Management system: to report administratively to the Site Deputy Operations Director/Plant Manager and functional to the Regional Risk Management Manager.<BR> <BR> Requirements:<BR> 1. University degree in Production Safety or relevant;<BR> 2. 5 years factory production EHS experience in a recognized sizable organization;<BR> 3. ISO14001 Internal audit certification is preferred; <BR> 4. Qualify China Safety Officer Certificate;<BR> 5. With management skill, initiative and able to drive change;<BR> 6. Have excellent communication skills both in Mandarin and English.<BR></FONT></FONT></DIV>
