1. Quality/ Health & Safety Specialist（品质/健康/安全专员）
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage day to day operations of Quality & HSSE functions.
· Involve in developing, modifying and executing Quality & HSSE policies, programs and objectives.
· Involve in interpreting customer Quality and HSSE requirements (RFQ/ITT/Contract/PO) and assist in translating the requirements into in-house specifications (SP/QP) and procedures.
· Maintain and update the Quality and HSSE Manuals.
· Carry out Quality and HSSE failure investigation.
· Schedule and complete internal Quality and HSSE audits.
· Promote, facilitate, and assess Quality and HSSE performance initiatives.
· Facilitate management review meeting of the QMS and HSSE management systems.
· Support supplier qualification and performance improvement programs.
· Coordinate & conduct the Quality, HSSE and Lean Six Sigma related training as needed.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent.
· Minimum two years experience in manufacturing or service environment.
· Intimate working knowledge of API specifications (e.g. 6A, 16A) and other industry standards (e.g. ASME, AWS, ISO) in the oil and gas equipment manufacturing or service environment.
· Knowledge on local government requirement related to HSSE
· Pro-active leadership with energy, enthusiasm and a passion for excellence.
· Effective communicator with the ability to interact at all levels to embrace changes and new ideas.
· Broad knowledge of Quality and HSSE management standards, Lean Six Sigma, and problem solving methodologies.
· Good presentation skills and versatile in using multi-media.
· Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
· Proficient in both written and spoken of English |
