Above bachelor degree major in  Engineering or Environment related field.
Minimum5 year directly related training processing experience, prefer oversea company experience in an automated environment.
Good knowledge in manufacturing system.
Solid knowledge in ISO9000, ISO14001, VDA, TS16949,etc，know about the first aid and the other EHS laws.
Excellent communication skills at all levels (written & verbal).
Excellent organizational and mathematical skills.
Ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
Proficient in computer application such as Micro software.
Good English skill in both written and Oral.
Good spirit and ability in Team work.
