工作职责：
Management Representative (MR) for ISO 9001

•        To ensure that a Quality system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 International Standard
•        To report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement
•        Ensure the implementation of relevant Work Instructions or SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) at all work stations
•        To review the relevant reporting on the performance of the system and to implement or respond to opportunities for continual improvement
•        To consider updates to the quality system where there are changes brought about by new technology, quality concepts, legislation and social or other conditions affecting the company
•        To co-ordinate Management Reviews at the stipulated time frames to determine the implemented quality system’s continuing suitability, efficiency and effectiveness
•        To ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization
•        Advice and guide to all employees in QMS questions. (QMS =Quality management system)
•        Training and the promotion of employees regarding the QMS.

Internal Quality Auditor

•        To be the Lead Auditor and to co-ordinate periodic reviews and assessments (IQA) whenever the need arises or at least 1 time per year
•        To oversee and evaluate the results of internal audits centered on various elements of the quality system and to ensure the appropriate corrective action is implemented
•        To maintain records of assessments done
•        To liaise with external parties on matters related to the quality management system, including certification
•        To be a member of the Treffert Group Internal Quality Audit Team

Environmental, Health & Safety
•     To ensure that the statutory duty and responsibility as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer is carried out by performing all statutory duties for factory site to meet all legal, company and other EHS requirements.
•      Review and ensure compliance to legal and other EHS-related requirements.
•      Advise or work with respective managers on selection and update of EHS Monitoring parameters and to engage third party support like laboratory measurement or testing, if necessary.
•     To identify training needs, organize and provide related training programs to help strengthen the employees’ awareness on EHS on a regular basis.
•      Ensure compliance to Risk Assessment.

•    Ensure proper and thorough investigations are carried out for all EHS related incident or accident. Review processes, ensure timely report and complete follow through of corrective / preventive actions.
•    Provide EHS advice and clearance to any installation of new equipment and chemical.
•    Maintain an effective Health and Safety Management Program for the Plant in line with company's Health and Safety Management system.
•    Ensure corporate and local regulatory requirements are complied with
•    Develop company's safety policy and procedures.
•    Responsible for conducting annual safety audit
•    Implementation of safety rules and statutory regulations as well as conduct safety inspection, safety audits on site
•    Investigate and assess accidents that occurred and recommend appropriate safety measures for prevention
•    Ensure that all equipment and facility are well-maintained to ensure a safe working environment
•    Accompany factory Inspectors, offices of Government Departments, Safety Officers and client appointed representative for inspection and act on their recommendation accordingly.
•    Work closely with other departments to implement and maintain ISO9001:2008 standards
•    Actively supports plant safety committee efforts & provide training & guidance in accordance to the standard ion the facility
•    Develop new programs to implement corporate health safety policy and guideline
•    Provide overall direction to ensure all safety and health environment issues implement are in accordance with established standards.
•    Identify hazardous work and establish safety work procedure
•    Develop risk assessment for hazardous work and apply hazardous control
