Job Description 岗位描述
Responsibility 岗位职责
SHE & Security
- Responsible for the development and enforcement of organization environmental safety and health programs in compliance with all related local and national government regulations. Establish the evaluation and control of all hazards to ensure safe, healthy and comfortable work environment, and to promote the awareness of environmental safety and health among the organization.
- Coordinate and manage internal safety audit work; support corporate SHE & Security audit and close gaps found during audits, by completing recommendations made in the audit reports.
- Manage the training of safety and health policies and practices to managers and employees. Such as on-site safety practice, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment and other related materials.
Requirement 岗位要求
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Engineering, Chemistry or Biology, etc. Specialized training in health, safety, environmental areas, and recognized certifications are preferred.
- +7 years in SHE & Security in MNC with more than 3 years management experience. Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D industry is preferred.
- Familiar with local statutory regulations and have good influencing skill to work with local authorities .
- Possess adequate knowledge of project management for rebuilding / renovations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent English in both verbal and written.
- People management and leadership skill
