绿色蔬菜富含叶绿素
    叶绿素具有解毒功能，从而减轻肝、肾的负担。叶绿素对于臭味（如口臭、狐臭、脚臭、女性生理期间的异味）有净化作用，消除臭味。还能促进细胞新陈代谢，加速伤口复原。如果有便秘、肝功能不良，青春痘，胃溃疡，全身倦怠都可以多吃绿色蔬菜，因为富含叶绿素。

叶绿素是做什么的
   叶绿素存在植物细胞、藻类和蓝藻中的叶绿体中，叶绿素的绿色是反射绿光并吸收红光和蓝光，因此会使植物呈现色素，是植物参与光合作用的主要色素，透过太阳能将二氧化碳转化为氧气，成为可供动物利用的重要生存条件。
   叶绿素分子构造和人类血液血红素类似，被人体吸收利用之后，可促进血红素的生成，将人体所需要的养分带到体内的每一个细胞，因此有绿色血液之称。由于与人体血液中的血红素构造类似，因此可以协助血红素作用，促进细胞新陈代谢，促使腐败、发炎、长脓的伤口加速复原，并有排除细胞废弃物的作用。叶绿素有抑制胃蛋白酶的活性，保护胃壁，并对受损胃黏膜有保护及修复作用。

   绿色蔬菜很多，常见的有蕹菜、绿苋菜、香菜、芹菜、莴苣、茼蒿、菠菜、油麦菜、小油菜等。当然还有小麦草、大麦嫩芽等都富含很多的叶绿素，常喝肠清。
