he should wear fireproof clothes, and clear away any flammable materials in the sparks areas, when conduct such works, he must have some fire extinguishers in work site.
hot work permit is necessary actually,but whether we can take some corrective action to rectify. i think we can not stage our work with hazards condition even enough PTW is applied.
<p>1st, before the job beginning,it's should be permitted;----application should contain some key points just as must prepare fire extinguisher,and some PPE;</p><p>2ed, the worker should comply the SOP,and take out the inflammalbe substance in the work region at least 2 meters.</p><p>3rd, when find the some fire then ask help and take the right action.</p>

a hot work permit is necessary. a site inspection should be done before the work beginning to confirm that all the ppe is prepared and the environment is safe too. the company's overseer and the contractor's overseer should be in the site all the time during the hot work time
