安全黄金准则
GOLDEN RULES for SAFETY 准则一： 我们每个人都有权利和义务阻止一切不安全行为 We eachhave the right and duty to stop any unsafe activity Each ofus the Ø 在危险的条件下我们可以拒绝工作 We are expected to refuse to work indangerous conditions Ø 对不安全的条件和行为,我们必须立即向上汇报 We must immediately report unsafeconditions or acts toour supervisor And Ø 我们的安全要互相负责 Weare responsible for each other’s safety Ø 上岗前一定要培训 Donot do a job before being trained 准则二： 工作时使用合适的工具 Usethe right tool for thejob your Ø 使用专门为手上干的活而设计的正确的器具 Use only the proper equipment designed for the job at hand Ø 每天检查你的工具,不要使用有缺陷的工具或器具 Inspectyour tools daily. Do not work withdefective tools or equipment Ø 对新的工作和上级一起设计正确的方法 On new jobs, plan the proper method with your supervisor Ø 严禁超载使用工具,器具或机器 Never overload tools, equipment or machines 准则三： 永远使用工作所需的安全设施 Always use the safety equipment required for the job Ø 必须自始至终穿戴工作所需的个人防护用品 Personal Protection Equipment required for the job must be worn all thetime Ø 严禁损坏或取消安全装置或安全挡板 Never disable or bypass a safety device or safety barrier Ø 每天检查个人防护用品,发现有坏的,替换掉 Check PPE daily andreplace any faultyitems The 准则四： 对所有事故要立即响应 Acton all accidents immediately Ø 使事故地区恢复安全: 排除危险 Make the area safe: remove the danger Ø 急救及正确的医疗处理 Get first aid and proper medical care Ø 必须准确地记录和汇报所发生的经过 Accurate recording and reporting of the facts must be done Ø 让所有的员工了解事故 Communicate the findings to all 准则五： 小心重物 Bewareof heavy objects Ø 提升重物时,使用正确的设备,不要超载 When lifting, use the right equipment, and do not overload it Ø 提升或搬运重物时,要有足够的,合适的帮助 Get enough,qualified help whenlifting or moving heavy things Ø 人在提升重物时,要学会正确的方法,必要时使用个人防护用品 In manual lifting, learn the right way to lift, and use PPE whenrequired Ø 不要站在会有东西掉下来的地方 Avoid being where things can fall on you 准则六： 注意旋转的机器设备 Bewareof rotating machinery Ø 确保旋转的机器有防护罩或挡板 Make sure that rotating tools are guarded with shields or barriers Ø 没有防护罩或挡板时,千万要注意,不要碰到旋转部分 When that is not possible, use greatcaution never to come into contact with a rotating part Ø 在旋转或活动的部件上工作时,要事先确保已安全锁定,并且不会意外开动 Before working on a part that rotates or moves, make sure that it is safely locked outand Ø of Ø cannot be startedaccidentally 准则七： 小心行走 避免滑倒和摔倒 Treadwith Care! Avoid Slips and Falls Ø 高空作业或在高于1.8米处作业,要使用正确的安全器具 At heights, or over openings of over1,8m or 6ft, use the correct safety equipment Ø 走,不要跑 Walk, don’t run 准则八： 眼睛需要特别的保护 Eyesneed Special Protection Ø 对眼睛有危险的地方,要戴上护目镜 Use glasses with side shields where there is any risk at all Ø 使用化学品时，要与眼睛保持足够距离 Usefully enclosed goggles when grinding iron and steel, and where there is a riskof greaseor fluids damaging the eye Ø 焊接时,要戴好电焊面罩 Use full face welding masks for welding 准则九： 特别注意你的工作所特有的危险 Takespecial care for the risks that are special to your job Ø 要格外注意高温炉子和高压容器,要遵守操作规程 Use extra cautionwith high temperature furnaces and high pressure vessels: follow therules Ø Be caution with Ø 对任何在你的工作场所使用的危险物品,要确保知道正确的处理方法 Makesure you know the proper way to handle any hazardous substances used in yourworkplace Ø 要一直学习并不折不扣地遵守矿山和工厂的规章制度 Onmines and in factories, learnthe rules and follow them exactly, all the time Learn and followthe rules Ø 有爆炸性气体(如甲烷)的地方,要极其注意其危险 Useextreme caution when thereis a danger of explosive gases (e.g. methane) being present Where the explosivegases are being used. 准则十： 交通安全 TrafficSafety Ø 每天检查车辆,确保车辆处于安全的工作状态 Inspect the vehicle daily to confirm that it is in safe working order Ø 驾驶员必须经公司批准同意,并有相应的驾驶证 The driver must be authorized and licensed to drive the class of vehicle Ø Thevehicle of class Ø 所有乘客必须系上安全带,没有安全带就不能坐车 All occupants must wear seat belts: no belt, no ride
