Prohibited Materials</U>:</B><p></p></P><P inter-ideograph; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Company prohibits the use or possession by any Person on any of their offices, premises, properties, or Work Places (hereafter collectively referred to as “Work Places”) of alcoholic beverages, intoxicants, narcotics including marijuana, illegal or unauthorized drugs and look-alike or simulated drugs, related drug paraphernalia, intoxicants, guns, knives with a blade length of 6” or more, unauthorized explosives, and any other deadly weapons, substance, chemical, or material the use or possession of which is prohibited by law (all hereafter referred to as “Prohibited Materials”).<p></p></P><P inter-ideograph; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><p> </p></P><P inter-ideograph; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Contractor shall indoctrinate each of its Personnel involved in the Services in such alcohol, drugs and explosives policy prior to commencement of the Services. <p></p></P><P inter-ideograph; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><p> </p></P><P 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; tab-stops: 36.0pt 121.5pt 180.0pt 216.0pt 274.5pt 324.0pt 360.0pt">Contractor’s Personnel shall not report for work at Company Work Places while using, or under the influence of, any drug, alcoholic beverage, intoxicant, or narcotic, or other substance (including legally prescribed drugs and medicines) which may in any way adversely affect their safety, working ability, alertness, coordination, response, or the safety of others in the Work Place.<p></p></P><P 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; tab-stops: 36.0pt 121.5pt 180.0pt 216.0pt 274.5pt 324.0pt 360.0pt"><B><p> </p></B></P><P inter-ideograph; MARGIN: 0cm 0.2pt 0pt 36pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify; tab-stops: -72.0pt -36.0pt 21.6pt 43.2pt 64.8pt 86.4pt right 273.6pt 396.0pt; mso-hyphenate: none">Company reserves the right to conduct <A><U><FONT color=#0000ff>a</FONT></U></A> urine test or require Contractor to conduct blood or urine tests of its Personnel when Company suspects Contractor’s Personnel to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or when Contractor’s Personnel is involved in an accident, or is injured in the course of performing Services. Health Requirements</U></B><B>:</B> <U><p></p></U></P><P inter-ideograph; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify">Contractor’s Personnel engaged in the Services shall have a thorough general physical examination and be medically fit to perform job duties. Contractor’s Personnel must obtain a medical certificate certifying they are medically fit to perform their job duties. <p></p></P> |
