Hi, you're so smart to use this type to seek cheap resource to translate the file. But do you know you're breaking the principle of translation marketing. At least you will have a cost saving of 1000RMB if you do fulfill your purpose.

Looks it's a audit report from HSEdept. or consultant on a supplier  which is common however it's a good format to advise us on how to gernerate such a supplier audit report. Thank you.
